Product Care Store in the provided bag when not in use. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or cleaners.

Processing Time: Please allow 1–15 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may extend slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.

Shipping Estimates Standard shipping takes approximately 7–15 business days. These are estimates and not guarantees; delivery times vary by location.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking to update. Multiple items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.

Customs & Duties Orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers. Customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees required by their destination country.

Delays & Lost Packages We do not issue refunds for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please wait 24 hours before contacting us.

Damaged or Faulty Items We offer a full refund only if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must report issues via email with clear photos within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or style preferences. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.

Shipping Delays: We do not issue refunds for orders that are delayed in transit or held by customs. While we aim for delivery within 7–15 days, these are estimates and not guarantees.

Return Shipping Costs: Please do not return items without prior approval. If a return is exceptionally approved, the customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, jewelry (including earrings), and personalized items are strictly non-returnable.
