Shipping policy

All orders ship free, worldwide. Here's how your order is processed and delivered.

Delivery time
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days once your order has been dispatched. These are estimates, not guarantees, and times vary by location and local postal services.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may ship from different warehouses to reach you faster. You'll receive separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Duties and taxes
Valentina ships from international fulfillment centers. All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We pay all import duties, taxes and customs fees, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Delays
We aim to deliver within the estimated time, but carriers, customs and holidays can occasionally cause delays. We don't refund delays caused by any of these.

Lost packages
If tracking shows Delivered but your package hasn't arrived, check around your property and wait 24 hours. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
