Complimentary Shipping: All orders ship free of charge, worldwide.

At VALENTINA, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

2. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 48–72 hours for the tracking number to update in the carrier's system.

Split Shipments: If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses to get to you faster. In this case, you will receive separate packages and multiple tracking numbers.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

VALENTINA ships from international fulfillment centers.

Import Fees: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: These charges are not covered by us. The recipient is responsible for paying any additional customs fees required for clearance. Policies vary widely by country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

4. Delays & Liability

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, external factors can occasionally cause delays.

No Refunds for Delays: VALENTINA does not issue refunds for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance processes, or holidays.

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check your surroundings and wait 24 hours. If it is still missing, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
