Refund policy

At VALENTINA, we are committed to providing quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase, as it governs how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

We offer a full refund only if the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Timeframe: You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Process: To request a refund for a damaged item, please email valentinaandrose@valentinaandrose.com with your order number and clear photos/video of the damage.

Resolution: Once we verify the damage via photos, we will issue a replacement or refund. You may not need to return the damaged item.

2. Change of Mind

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for "change of mind," dislike of style/color, or if you simply decided you no longer want the item. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.

3. Shipping Delays

We aim to deliver all orders within our standard shipping window of 7–15 days. However, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

No Refunds for Delays: We do not issue refunds for orders that are still in transit or slightly delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, or factors outside our control.

4. Unauthorized Returns & Return Costs

Since we do not accept returns for change of mind, please do not send items back to us without prior approval.

If a return is exceptionally approved by our support team (at our sole discretion), the customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs.

Please note that international return shipping (e.g., from the US) can be costly (often exceeding $60 USD). VALENTINA does not provide return shipping labels.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Items purchased on sale or clearance.

Jewelry (including earrings).

Personalized or engraved items.
