We ship worldwide and work hard to make your experience as smooth as possible.

*International Customers* Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.

Shipping & Processing Times

We do not issue refunds due to longer delivery times.

Orders take 1-7 business days to process after placing the order before they are shipped out. 

Tracking 

When your items are shipped out, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please Contact Us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
