Damaged or Faulty Items We offer a full refund only if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must report issues via email with clear photos within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or style preferences. Please choose your items carefully before purchasing.
Shipping Delays: We do not issue refunds for orders that are delayed in transit or held by customs. While we aim for delivery within 7–15 days, these are estimates and not guarantees.
Return Shipping Costs: Please do not return items without prior approval. If a return is exceptionally approved, the customer is responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
